Delivery Information
As everything you’ll get from this store is autographed and personalized to your name by Marie-Claude, she has to manipulate and package every item. So outside Marie-Claude’s traveling schedule, your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days following the day you made your order. Once your order is processed and shipped, regular delivery delays will apply.
Traveling Schedule:
When Marie-Claude is traveling for conventions/photoshoots, she can obviously not sign your items. Please check out the news on www.mcbourbonnais.com and Marie-Claude’s X account (mcbourbonnais1) and Bluesky account (mcbourbonnais.com) to know her expected return date. After a trip, the orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days following Marie-Claude’s date of arrival. Once your order is processed and shipped, regular delivery delays will apply.
If for any reason more time was needed to process your order, you’ll be informed by mail. In any case, we’ll do everything we can to give you the best quality service possible.
Delivery delays:
We ship all over the world using Canada Post services and UPS services for the parcels shipped to the USA.
If your order ever requires exceptional shipping fees, you'll be informed by email.
Canada: Envelopes shipped through Canada Post Regular Lettermail inside the country are usually delivered within a week.
Parcels shipped inside Canada with Canada Post are usually also delivered within a few days, it depends on the province. You can track your parcel online with the trackin number.
USA: Envelopes shipped through Canada Post Regular Lettermail USA usualy need 10 business days (2 full weeks) to be delivered from Canada to the USA.
Delivery times for parcels shipped from Canada to the USA with UPS services vary depending on the US state. As soon as you get your tracking number, you can track your parcel online and UPS will indicate an expected delivery day.
NOTE: You will have to pay duty fees and local sale taxes on the declared value of any parcel.
International: Envelopes shipped through Canada Post Regular Lettermail International might take more or less time to be delivered depending on the country. It can take about 10 business days (2 full weeks) to deliver an envelope from Canada to an European country. It can take from 1 month to 1 month and a half to deliver an envelope from Canada to Australia. It varies a lot depending on the country.
Delivery times for parcels shipped from Canada to an International country will of course also vary depending on the country. You can track your parcel with the Canada Post tracking number that we will provide you.

Return and Exchange Policy
No refund will be given in any case, especially since every item is personalized to your name. We will replace your product in the case where you would have received a broken or damaged item or if your order has not been delivered. In that case, please contact us. We will answer your email as soon as possible.
