Processing the orders:

 

As everything you’ll get from this store is autographed and personalized to your name by MC, she has to manipulate and package every item. So outside MC’s traveling schedule, your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days following the day you made your order. Once your order is processed and shipped, regular delivery delays will apply.

 

Traveling Schedule:

 

When MC is traveling for conventions/photoshoots, she can obviously not sign your items.  Please check out the news on www.mcbourbonnais.com and MC’s Facebook fanpage to know MC’s expected return date.  After a trip, the orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days following MC’s date of arrival. Once your order is processed and shipped, regular delivery delays will apply.

 

If for any reason more time was needed to process your order, you’ll be informed by mail. In any case, we’ll do everything we can to give you the best quality service possible.
